01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the StyleSlots platform — including our website (styleslots.com.my), mobile application, and web dashboard (together, the “Platform”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Vessel Tech (M) Sdn Bhd. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the Platform.

02 Platform description

StyleSlots is a SaaS-based booking and business management platform for beauty and wellness businesses in Malaysia, including salons, barbershops, grooming salons, spas, facial studios, bridal studios, aesthetic clinics, and medi spas. The Platform lets merchants manage appointments, staff, memberships, and client communications, and lets clients discover and book services.

03 User accounts

Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the integrity of the Platform.

Merchant accounts

• Merchants must provide valid business registration details and confirm they have authority to bind their business to these Terms.
• Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listed services, pricing, and availability.
• Merchants must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
• Each business entity may hold one active account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

04 Booking & payments

All bookings made through StyleSlots are subject to merchant confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our certified payment gateway partners. StyleSlots charges a platform service fee on transactions as set out in your subscription plan. All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

05 Merchant subscription plans

StyleSlots offers tiered subscription plans for business users. Current plans and inclusions are shown at styleslots.com.my/plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the start of each billing cycle.
• Where a free trial is offered, no charge applies during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid being billed.
• You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for any remaining billing period unless required by Malaysian law.
• We may change plan pricing on 30 days’ written notice.

06 Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, design, and data on the Platform are the exclusive property of Vessel Tech (M) Sdn Bhd or its licensors. We grant you a limited licence to use the Platform for its intended purposes during your active subscription. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Merchants retain ownership of their own business data and content uploaded to the Platform, and grant us a licence to display and use that content to operate and improve the Platform.

07 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information about services or qualifications.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform’s technical infrastructure.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any disruptive code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or StyleSlots staff.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or booking restrictions.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our written permission.

08 Limitation of liability

StyleSlots acts as an intermediary technology platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by merchants. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to StyleSlots in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vessel Tech (M) Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10 Termination

• By you: you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Platform at any time.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the Platform’s integrity.
• After termination: your access ends, any outstanding fees remain due, and data may be retained where the law requires.

11 Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute should first be raised in good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where appropriate.

12 Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify or discontinue features at any time.

13 General

Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms stay in full effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, form the entire agreement governing your use of the Platform.
